Shipping for UK mainland postcodes (excluding Scottish Highlands) varies according to size and weight. Once you add the product to your basket the delivery cost will be displayed. Delivery is free on orders over £1000 and for samples.
Items such as samples and set-size clear glass are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. Custom-made items are usually dispatched within 10-25 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details, enabling you to track the delivery on our courier’s website.
24 hours notice is given via email notification on the day of dispatch of your order.
We hold a 24 hour period to accept any notification of damage within transit or defects to your glass order. This must be emailed alongside images within 24 hours of receiving goods.
Couriers will attempt twice to deliver after this your glass order will be returned, a couriers fee will therefore be chargeable before re-dispatch.
If you feel you will not be available to receive your goods please email us immediately to keep your order on hold.
Delivery charges are for Monday to Friday only 8am to 6pm delivery express rate.
All glass will be dispatched within a wooden custom made box, when unpacking please lay the box on the floor stickers facing up as this is the lid. Please unscrew the lid to reveal the glass.
It is advised depending on size that 2 people are to lift the glass out. Do not rely on the corners of the glass to withhold the weight as this can impact the glass and explode.
If you have a safe location for couriers to leave your glass order please be mindful that TGP Glass Limited will not be held responsible for any damages if a safe location is used.
Please note for deliveries to flats/apartments unfortunately our couriers are only authorised to take items to the front of the building and therefore cannot take items up stairs/lifts to your specific flat, we are very sorry about this!
We advise if the items are heavy or you may have trouble transporting these to your flat to ensure someone can be in to assist you with this.
