In these conditions “the Company” shall mean TGP Glass, and “Customer” shall mean the individual or company to whom the sale is made.

The Company contracts to these terms and conditions, and no variations or additions shall form part of any contract unless specifically accepted by the Company in writing.

This does not exclude or restrict any duty or liability that the company has to its customers under the regulatory system in the United Kingdom.

The information contained on this site (including any expression of opinion) has been obtained from, or is based on, sources believed by the Company to be reliable, but no guarantee is offered regarding its accuracy or completeness.

Information contained on this site may be changed or amended without prior notice.

The price for the Goods shall be the Company’s price at the date of placing the order providing there have been no changes to specifications.

Orders given verbally or by telephone are accepted only on the condition that written confirmation is sent prior to the order being fulfilled.

Online payment is processed by PayPal. We do not store payment information such as credit cards in our database.

If any payment from the Customer should be overdue, the Company may withhold dispatching the product(s) until payment is made in full.

If an order or part thereof is cancelled, any cost incurred as a result of such cancellation shall be chargeable to the Customer.

Any times quoted for delivery are given in good faith, but the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from any delay or failure to notify of delay in delivery.

Claims for damaged or missing items upon receipt shall be accepted provided that such damage is noted on the delivery schedule at time of delivery and confirmed in writing to the Company within three days of delivery.

Any glass returns are at the cost of the customer and not covered by TGP.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all building and structural regulations in connection with the siting, installation, erection and use of products provided by the Company.

Our liability in respect of failure of any part of the goods supplied is limited to making good by replacement or repair.

We shall not be liable for any defects or failures, which arise due to the use of the goods for a purpose or in a manner not specified by us.

We shall not be liable for any defects or failures unless we are afforded a reasonable opportunity for inspecting and testing the goods supplied.
